The chosen work is Younas’s et al. The impact of training and development on employee performance in Journal of business and management, http://doi.org/10.9790/487X-2007042023/. The purpose of the selected article is to determine the dependence of proper training and personal and personal development of employees on their performance. The research questions include determining the main reasons for training employees, the importance of such training, and determining its impact on the final performance of staff (Younas et al., 2018). The author studied more than thirty different sources related to the topic during the study (Younas et al., 2018).
The conclusion of the analysis was the confirmation of the relationship between training and development with the operating results of the employee at any level. Furthermore, emphasis is placed on quality control of the training process to allow future employees to achieve the highest possible level of knowledge before entering the workplace.
Despite the brevity of the article, it includes an abbreviated study for publication of attempts to improve employee performance through training regulation using the example of the banking industry in the Middle East (Younas et al., 2018). Although the remoteness and cultural differences, one can infer from this article the importance of human resource involvement in the field studied in any modern country. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a conclusion about the universality of compulsory training to improve the achievement of company results.
In addition, the connection of the article to the class is due to any company’s modern dependence on employees’ effective performance. That is why the internal or external human resources department should indicate the level of need for each candidate in training (Younas et al., 2018). Correspondingly, depending on the affiliation of human resources professionals, information and training support for any employee should be guaranteed to achieve the best results.
